History
Integrated Property Maintenance Limited was established by Marc Polisi in 1996.
Upon completion of university, Marc embarked on a brief career with a local wholesale supplier working as a market specialist serving the needs of the property management market.
While working closely with many property management professionals, Marc learned of the difficulty in finding high quality, professional janitorial services. In response to that need, Marc established Integrated Property Maintenance Limited and set out to create a company that could serve the needs of the property management sector with the kind of quality and consistency that was sorely lacking in the marketplace.
Integrated Property Maintenance Limited was established for clients who demand a high degree of personal involvement, communication and commitment to excellence from their janitorial service providers.
Integrated Property Maintenance Limited continues to be locally owned and operated by Marc Polisi, who shares his vision of quality and consistent janitorial services with his growing team of committed workers.

While there are, as yet, no laws that mandate green cleaning in the janitorial industry, there are a growing number of options in cleaning products, practices and equipment. Integrated Property Maintenance Limited is a 100% locally owned and operated independent business. We are not a franchise, nor do we operate as a franchise. We do not sell our janitorial accounts -- we do not make our people pay for a job. Integrated Property Maintenance Limited does not subcontract our janitorial accounts to other companies pursuing their own customers. We do not outsource offshore telemarketing firms to grow our business. Your account with Integrated Property Maintenance Limited will remain in our care and be fully managed by us.
